Return Policy

Swap/Return Eligibility:

• The mattress must be in its original condition with no stains, tears, or damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• The mattress must have the original mattress tags still attached.
• A mattress protector must be used during the 90 trial period.
• A picture of the mattress with protector, without protector and mattress tags must be submitted with the Swap/Return form.
• The Swap/Return is applicable only for mattresses purchased directly from Twinkle Beds.
• Floor models and mattress giveaways are not eligible for Swap/Returns.
• Stains, pet hair, and/or defects form improper use/or storage will VOID the mattress from the Swap/Return eligibility.
• Our 90-night trial period starts from the date of delivery. Swap/Returns initiated after the 90-day period will not be accepted.
• We strongly recommend giving the mattress a fair shake of at least 30 days for your body to adjust to the new bed.

Swap/Return Options:

• One-Time Mattress Swap: If you prefer to exchange your mattress for a different size, model or firmness level, you are eligible for a one-time mattress exchange. If the replacement mattress selected for exchange is priced lower than the original mattress, you are entitled to a partial refund for the price difference. If a partial refund is due on the exchange, the refund will be provided after the 90 day period, once the sale is final. If the replacement mattress selected for exchange is priced higher between the original and exchanged mattress, you will be responsible for any price difference between the original and exchanged mattress as well as any applicable taxes and shipping fees. These fees, if applicable, will be charged before the replacement mattress is shipped.
• Refund: If you choose to return the mattress for a refund, we will issue a full refund less original delivery costs, a $199 processing fee and the retail value of any promotional items (such as pillows, blankets, or sheets) that were included with the mattress purchase, to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned mattress.
• Promotional Gift Items: If your mattress purchase included any free promotional items (such as pillows, blankets, sheets, or other), and you choose to return the mattress, the retail value of each promotional item will be deducted from the refund issued.
• We strongly suggest Swapping your mattress before requesting a refund. We want to get it right and are confident we can fit you to the perfect mattress. If after the one time mattress swap you are not completely satisfied you are still eligible for a refund.

Initiating the Swap/Return Process:

• Fill out our Swap/Return form to begin the process. Form must be filled out and returned to our customer service team within 90 days of receiving your mattress to initiate the Swap/Return process. You can reach our customer service team via our website and instructions found on the form.
• We strongly recommend giving the mattress a fair shake of at least 30 days for your body to adjust to the new bed.

Swap/Return Procedure:

• Upon approval of your Swap request, we will discuss options to fit you to the perfect mattress for you. We will then ship that mattress to you. After you have received your replacement mattress we will arrange for the original Twinkle mattress to be picked up from your location.
• Upon approval of your Return request, we will arrange for the Twinkle mattress to be picked up from your location.
• Once the returned mattress is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund for eligible returns.

Additional Information:

• 90 day trial, Swap and Return is only valid for mattresses.
• We’ve noticed that the most common reasons for exchanges are because customers are seeking a different size or height. To ensure your new mattress fits perfectly, we recommend measuring the height of your bed frame, adjustable base, or foundation/box spring before making your purchase.
• Adjustable bases, bases, frames, protectors, pillows, sheets and all other accessories and items are NOT eligible for 90 day trail, Swap and Return policy.
