Not every mattress is compatible with an adjustable base. Mattresses like memory foam, latex, and hybrid models generally work well, as they are flexible enough to move with the base. It's important to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

Most adjustable bases are designed to fit within standard bed frames, including platform beds and traditional frames. However, it’s always a good idea to check the specific dimensions of your bed frame to ensure a proper fit. Please note that adjustable bases can be very difficult to set up in bed frames with built-in drawers and, in many cases, may not be compatible with these types of frames.

Adjustable bases are typically simple to assemble and often come with easy-to-follow instructions. Twinkle Beds does offer white-glove delivery services where the assembly is taken care of for you.

All sales of Twinkle Beds adjustable bases are final. Our adjustable bases are not eligible for a trial period or returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects or mechanical issues that occurred in the manufacturing process. In the event of a defect, we will either repair the issue or provide a comparable replacement model. Please contact our team at support@twinklebeds.com for defect inquiries.
