Made to Order, Just for You

Each Twinkle mattress is made to order, ensuring that your mattress is crafted specifically for you with the highest quality materials. Please note that due to this custom process, production times can vary slightly, but we strive to deliver your mattress as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

Estimated Production and Delivery Time

  • Production Time: Once your order is placed, our skilled artisans begin crafting your mattress. Production typically takes 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After your mattress is completed, it will be shipped directly to your door. Shipping times vary based on location but generally take 3-7 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: From the day you place your order to the day it arrives at your doorstep, you can expect to receive your mattress within 10-17 business days.

White-Glove Delivery (Optional)

For an additional fee, we offer White-Glove Delivery, which includes:

  • Professional delivery and setup of your new mattress in the room of your choice.
  • Removal and disposal of your old mattress, if requested.

White-Glove service is available at checkout for those who prefer an extra layer of convenience.

Track Your Order

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your mattress arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please note that it is normal for the outer packaging box to show signs of wear or minor damage during shipping; this does not affect the mattress inside.
