Your Twinkle mattress (and/or base, if applicable) will be delivered via FedEx or UPS with standard contactless shipping. This delivery does not include setup or removal services at the time of delivery. If you’ve purchased White Glove Setup or Removal, please do not schedule your appointment until after your mattress and/or base has arrived. We recommend waiting until you have tracking information with a confirmed delivery date to ensure your setup or removal appointment is properly timed.
The scheduling link provided is only for booking the installation or removal service — it is not for arranging the actual delivery of your mattress or base. The mattress and/or base must be on-site prior to the White Glove service.
Please note: Once the White Glove service has been scheduled, the service becomes non-refundable, even if the appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled. This is due to coordination with third-party providers.
